Your initial consultation will last approximately an hour, and follow-up consultations will be up to 45 minutes long. This time is taken so I can get a clear picture of how you or your child is functioning and is sufficient time to perform a non-rushed treatment and talk with you about what is occurring
If you are having serious financial difficulty, and would like to request reduced fees or a family rate, please feel free to discuss it with me, so that if I am able to assist, I will. The best way to help each other through this time of change and uncertainty, is by communication.
Payments by cash, cheque, card and Bacs.
I am registered with several health-insurance companies including AXAPPP, simplyhealth, Aviva, Cigna and PruHealth; Please inform me if you are using your health insurance to cover your fees, ideally before your initial appointment. Please note some health-care insurance companies require you to inform them before your initial consultation so please check if you need to do so.
Cancellations: I require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, as this provides opportunity for acute patients on the waiting list to seen sooner. If you miss an appointment I will contact you to find out why the appointment was missed. Emergencies sometimes happen and I will try to reschedule your appointment. A £20 fee may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.
I work Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8.30am-6.45pm.
