An initial consultation will last up to 70 minutes. Follow-up consultations will be up to 60 minutes long for adults and 45 minutes for children. This time is taken so I can get a clear picture of how you or your child is functioning and is sufficient time to perform a non-rushed treatment and talk with you about what is occurring
If you are having serious financial difficulty, and would like to request reduced fees, please feel free to discuss it with me, so that if I am able to assist, I will. The best way to help each other through this time of change and uncertainty, is by communication.
A discounted fee is available for students.
Payments by cash, cheque, card and Bacs.
I am registered with several health-insurance companies including simplyhealth, Aviva, Cigna, WPA and PruHealth; Please inform me if you are using your health insurance to cover your fees, ideally before your initial appointment. Please note some health-care insurance companies require you to inform them before your initial consultation so please check if you need to do so.
Cancellations: I require 24 hours notice of cancellation, as this provides opportunity for acute patients on the waiting list to seen sooner. If you miss an appointment I will contact you to find out why the appointment was missed. Emergencies sometimes happen and I will try to reschedule your appointment. A 50% fee is charged for late cancellations and missed appointments.
I work Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8.30am-7pm.
